Hot plate and infrared machines

This specially designed hot plate welding machine is used for welding a high-precision medical device housing including upper part. Among other things, it is equipped with a protective enclosure, a door locking device and a pneumatic workpiece feed unit. It is suitable for both low and high temperature welding at temperatures of up to 350°.

This machine merges rotation technology with hot plate technology. The thermoplastics (nozzles) are fused by means of rotation welding. At the same time, the threaded sleeves are thermally embedded using a special-purpose feed unit.
