This machine is the standard hot plate welding machine (MTV-HE) made by Maschinen + Technik Vogt GmbH and comes with feed axes powered by pneumatic or servo motor drives. It can be further customised with a tool holder and heating mirror.
Made of steel or aluminium, the base frame is fitted with height-adjustable feet and is protected by a protective enclosure on three sides. The safety equipment can be designed as a light curtain or guard door.
The MTV-HE can be equipped with a servo motor or pneumatic drive. Since the servo motor drive allows for a quick and accurate feed of the hot plate tools and holders, the machine delivers exceptionally short cycle times. Offering a more affordable alternative, the pneumatic drive feeds the hot plate tools and holders in a smooth and uniform motion.
